Payment options:
- Citywide Fashions accepts
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. All credit card orders must be accompanied by their security pin digits.
- Absolutely no checks are accepted.
- You
may prepay by sending in a cashiers check or money order and the order will be shipped upon the funds clearing the issuing
financial institution.
- We do not process any C.O.D. orders.
- All in state orders will be charged sales tax of 8%.
Returns:
- Merchandise
can be returned for a exchange or refund within 14 days of the original order.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and all tags must be attached to all garments.
- No exchanges or refunds on worn or altered merchandise.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing a refund.
- There are no
refunds on any shipping and handling charges.
- Citywide Fashions is not
responsible for packages lost in the mail that are being sent back.
- All
refunds will be done in the same manner as it was purchased.

Fashions reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping:
- Citywide Fashions uses FED-EX air and ground options for all packages.
- Ground shipments take from the shipping day anywhere from 3-7 business days for delivery depending
on delivery address.
- Air shipments take from shipping day anywhere from
1-3 business days based on service chosen.
- Saturday deliveries are available
only on air shipments.
- Please refer to FEDEX shipping rules and procedures for further information.
- We do not ship to APO and P.O. BOX addresses.
All shipments are made to physical addresses and someone should be available to sign for packages at delivery.
